P.4 Hong Kong Style Egg Puffs

In P.4, we taught students how to make Hong Kong Style Egg Puffs which are common street food in Hong Kong. Students enjoyed cracking the eggs, whisking and mixing the ingredients. They were very excited when they tasted their own hand-made egg puffs.

'We need to add some milk and then whisk slowly.'	'It's fun to crack the eggs into the bowl.'	'It's time to add water. Slowly add in.'
'Look at our brand new waffle machines.'	'Look at our fantastic Gai Dan Jai.’	'Now, add some oil and mix in gently.'
